i think he is mistaking him for the MC Solar that supposedly was mistreating Guru(Gangstarr) towards the end of his life.
I haven't checked it out yet but i'm guessing the MC Solaar you have is the French emcee that collab'd w/ Guru back in the day.They Are 2 different people but i've heard this confusion before.
